As a fan of the eleventh doctor, I had to buy myself a bow tie. I've never owned a bow tie but I'm glad I have this one: the fabric isn't stiff so it's easy to tie. And it looks great. The only possible problem is that polyester is slippery so the knot may unravel a bit. But it wasn't really a problem. Quality wise I've worn it dozens of times now and it seems to be holding up well. Edit: The tie is a little wrinkled and difficult to tie nicely. Stiffer and less slippery flies hold their shape better when tying and tie knots better. I don't like wearing that bow tie anymore. I downgraded my rating to 3 stars. If you wear bow ties regularly, consider purchasing a higher quality tie.
