There is a lot of down on the chest and back, a bit missing on the arms. The size is small. It pairs well with a t-shirt, but I find it difficult to wear a sweatshirt or sweater underneath. Reviewers suggest ordering a size up, which is true, but I usually go 2xl and that's the largest size they sell. It seems warm enough in a sweatshirt, but it restricts movement a bit.
