HORRIBLE QUALITY, hair in the package. DO NOT BUY
Ok I understand these hair ties are cheap but they are literally the worst quality I have ever seen in my entire life. I bought satin scrunchies on here for 60 or so at a similar deal for $9 a few months ago and they were amazing, but these velvet scrunchies are awful. Not only are they not velvety, they are very small, horrible quality material, and there was a beautiful strand of black curly hair sitting on top of my package when I opened it. DO NOT BUY. will return as soon as possible.
