My kitties LOVE this window seat! It was very easy to assemble and fix (I chose to screw it onto a wooden window sill) as my molding is not that deep. The only thing that surprised me was that the legs are made of hard plastic; not made of wood, like on the screen. But both the frame and legs are sturdy and don't seem to give way when my cats are in them. It's wide enough for both kids to sit together and watch TV in the backyard, but I bought two so they can lie down without sharing each other. I've found myself leaning on it while playing with them and forgot it's plastic as there isn't much weight under my arm, although I don't recommend leaning on it. However, be aware of the weight limit. My cats are 7.5 and 8 pounds respectively so even when sitting together they don't put more than 16 pounds on the seat. Overall it's great and I'll probably get another one for my living room windows!
