I have multiple pairs of these I wear for everything-running, hiking, fishing, disc golf. They fit well, they don't ride up, the high waist is flattering and comfortable, and the pockets are great--I usually have my phone in there. Highly recommend! I'm 5'5, 145 pounds and I get a medium.
