Review on 🍞 Bread Slicer Tool, Compact Foldable Bread Sandwich Toast Slicer Cutter for Precise Slicing (1PACK) by Joe Bailey

This was exactly what I was looking for, something to cut bread slices one at a time. The shape is good, it folds smoothly, it is convenient to store. It's light and you can make a disc of different thicknesses. Unfortunately, the plastic material is too thin for my use. After making just a few slices, my bread knife started cutting pieces of the plastic guide. I've cleaned it to remove surface roughness but I don't expect it to last much longer. Part of the problem is that the flimsy plastic guide is very flexible, allowing my knife to wander and cut into the guide. If I had been more careful this wouldn't have happened, but then again if I had been more careful I wouldn't have needed incision guidance.
