I bought the brown one because it's the only color of shorts I didn't own at the moment. I'm happy with this purchase. The shorts are not too long nor too short. It compliments my curves since the drawstring allows the top to be kept tight. I haven't washed these yet do I cannot comment on how they react in the wash.The fabric is NOT see through not too thin. The pockets are fairly deep.I agree this is not everyone's style but if you want comfort then these are the shorts for you!
