I read other reviews that this product was less painful than others. I bought one when they first became popular and it hurts. I was fed up with waxing because it took time and it was a mess. Shaving irritated my skin and I had to buy so many razors to find the right one and then spend money on replacement blades etc. Then I saw ads for laser hair removal. I saw the price and then read the comments. Many people have recommended epilators. I just remember the first time I used one and decided to try again. I like it. Sure, it still hurts, but not as much as the others I've used before. He extracts them from the root. I only gave it 4 stars because I just received it and I need more time to see if it's really a 5 star product.
