I have never been so disappointed in a famous product. When Braun started they had an amazing product. That influenced my purchase decision. When it arrived I opened the box and found everything was fine. Then I read the instructions for first use. Charge the shaver for the required time. The first time I used it, it barely trimmed my beard. My beard is neither too thick nor too thin. The only sure thing is a clean shave every time. Smells good but doesn't cut at all. Brown, I want my money back!
