He's popular for a reason!
This is still my favorite mascara. It's a great price, fits well and doesn't stick together - at least not as quickly as others I've tried. I have fair skin and dark blonde hair, and I usually stick to a tan-black color (though honestly, even black doesn't suit me). I occasionally try pricier mascaras but always come back to this one. This really is a proven favorite.
