(Don't let the 4 star rating put you off, I only give 5 stars to products that have nothing to improve on, which is unsurprisingly rare.) Pros: * Fairly flexible compartment Sizes * looks good Cons: * may not fit in your drawer * dividers will not fit perfectly Please note that only some of the dividers are adjustable; two longitudinal and two longitudinal baffles are fixed (see photo with 4 baffles mounted and 6 baffles on the outside of the tray). There can be a small gap under the dividers (permanent and removable) just enough for a paperclip to slide under, but so far this hasn't been a problem for me. The size of the separators may vary slightly so some may be too long to fit in some of the slots (easy to fix with sandpaper) or slightly loose (which I don't think will cause any functional issues). For my purposes, 2 fit perfectly in my desk drawer. There is slightly less space for items in the crate in general (mainly because not every compartment is filled to capacity; mainly a fragmentation issue), but things are much easier to find now. The divided compartment design has proven flexible enough to accommodate most of the regular office supplies I have on my desk and a few unusual ones. While a fully customizable organizer would be ideal, it's hard to imagine a working design.
