Review on 🔒 Camco 50030 Bolt-On Retractable Transom Tie Down Strap (2” Width, 5.5’) by Jacob Guerrero

As many other reviewers have reported, some hardware was missing from the box. It's poorly secured to the plastic case by the manufacturer, and then shipped from Revain in a box with minimal tape on it, allowing the bolts, washers and nuts to fall out. The replacement cost less than a dollar but required a trip to the hardware store. Nobody fixes disappointments. As for the units, they look cool, work really well and take the pain out of the original cam straps which I always disliked. Time and travel will tell how they hold up. I don't go in salt water but I'm wondering if it will affect them very badly.
