The best part about Inflow was that they were very flexible with scheduling us during our busy season as well when we wanted them offsite! I wish there could have been more training opportunities or one time meetings where everyone from sales all way down would meet together so it made things easier going forward once engagements started rolling into their system (which took awhile). There are many benefits you get by using infowave such automation features like outbound calling which allows me spend less man hours doing repetitive tasks while increasing my productivity overall.
