The backpack is very useful on a hike
I wore it as a backpack on the Inca Trail. The backpack was very comfortable for a hike and big enough to carry all my needs but not so big that I would overload it and make myself miserable! I love that there is a small zippered pocket at the top for easy access to sunscreen, sunglasses and my camera.
