Works well and the price is good.
Mounting holes didn't line up perfectly, but for the money saved it was worth it. I had to leave all the mounting screws loose and use a pry bar to line up the last few screw holes. It was a little more effort, but it was worth it for me. It was the cheapest belt clutch cover I could find.
