It's only been a day so far, but I think this is a great monitor at its current price of $90 IF it's on a hard/stable surface (or other VESA mount) and IF you do the stupid thing with withstand an unmarked button. The unlabeled keys were really annoying to set up, but now that it's done I rarely get to use them again. IMO this is a bright, sharp and bright display for "normal" use, I had no dead pixels or lines and have now adjusted it to 60 Bright / 50 Contrast. It sits on a sturdy wooden table with a keyboard stand so little/no vibration is transmitted to the table/monitor. The monitor may shake more than most on less stable settings. If you use this, choose another/spend more. Otherwise, you might be okay with using a VESA mount, or trying to snag a spare (used?) VESA stand for around $20. Most likely, Acer uses the same display and electronics in other slightly more expensive models. The time will show.
