These glasses visually reduce blue light from computer screens without changing anything else. If you look at the computer without them and then with them, you can see the difference. Also, I can feel the difference. My eyes used to get sore after a long day at the computer, but not anymore. No more rubbing your eyes or squinting to focus. My eyes are relaxed all day. The only minor complaint I have is that they are pretty difficult to keep clean. I'm not sure why these jars are harder to clean than others, but they are.
