Delco OEM part for AM/FM Roof Mount Antenna Base (Antenna NOT included). My antenna was ripped out of its base by a fallen branch. The antenna is fine but the base is not. This device replaced a cracked and broken base. It is necessary to remove or lower the headliner to access the base mounting screw. You can most likely find directions for your vehicle online by doing a Google search. Since the device fits many different GM models, this is beyond the scope of this review. However, once you have access to the mounting screw, things are relatively easy. The base has two connectors, one for the antenna cable and one that supplies power to the built-in amplifier. After replacing the block everything works like new and the price from Revain was the lowest ever. Much luck!
