While searching for inexpensive layering, I came across these turtleneck sweaters. I'm cold all the time and I wear turtlenecks all winter. This is excellent value for money. The shell is really soft and silky. I love that it was easy to throw a hoodie or sweater over it without feeling bulky or squeezing. The shape of the neck is correct. It adapts to the figure, but does not suffocate. The material inside is fantastic. When I first put it on I thought you must be kidding, it's made in China! Today was my first day of wearing. I put a sweater over it. It was a winter day in Pa. Temperature 30-40 degrees. I just needed a light jacket over it. I didn't sweat all day and never felt like I had a cold. The neck stayed in place. I'm so glad I bought 3 of these and will probably buy more. Take this from the girl who thinks warmth is more important than fashion, it's worth the investment. It looks good, feels good and serves its purpose.
