I received these headphones about a week ago. What I noticed to the right of the bat is that this device is a regular pair of wireless headphones with no BASSPAL logo or branding (see photos). My guess is that this company/seller just received it from the manufacturer and sent it to Revain's warehouse. Let's start with what's bad about this product: **CONS** - Difficult to pair with devices (I've tried pairing with iPhone SE, Samsung Galaxy S9, Macbook Pro 2018 model) - Unstable Bluetooth connection - Expensive compared to other generic headphones (TaoTronic and Anker sell a similar model much cheaper) - Background hissing when playing music/audiobook - No bass - Very poor sound quality**PROS**- Decent battery life- Decent noise cancellation I returned mine , because the process pairing is very good annoying. At $49.99, I expected the quality to surpass TaoTronics or Anker wireless earbuds. However, this headphone isn't even close. They're just another overpriced all-rounder. They promise good customer service, but I'm buying a product here, not a service. I hope this review helps educate buyers. Thank you for reading my review. Much luck
