I love pique because it breathes well and keeps me cool in the summer heat. This shirt is made of firm piqué, not too heavy and not too thin. It looks high quality, the colors are pleasant and rich. It has a three button placket - not my first choice but it gives you a big opening for your neck. And buttons of the same color look like those on more expensive clothes. Another thing I love about these shirts is that they have long hems so you don't see your plumbing tear every time you bend over. The sleeves are also long enough so you don't look like you're wearing your little brother's shirts. The cut feels right, a bit skinny but not tight for tough guys like me. I don't have big biceps, but guys who do can be annoying. I love that there are still sources for good, well-tailored shirts that don't cost an arm or a leg. You may not have that trendy logo on your chest, but you saved $50 by purchasing this shirt.
