I have thigh length, but insanely fine, wispy hair. The top 10" of length is plain brown, and the rest from there down to the tips is dyed blue, purple and pink. "Unnatural colors" of hair is forbidden at work, so I keep the colored portion covered by the brown portion coiled up in a bun at all times. Such a tiny, wimpy little bun. I twist my hair up into a bun, secure it with a hair stick or a couple bobbies, then pop this scrunchie over my bun single layer no twisting or doubling over. It's absolutely amazing, and I adore it! In five seconds, it takes my hair from stupid weenie bun to adorable hairstyle, with nearly no effort whatsoever. The color match, even between the mix of my natural brown roots and the hidden rainbow bun, is spot on! I get compliments on how cute my hair is regularly while wearing this thing. I can either say "thanks, it's a scrunchie!", or just smile and accept the compliment without spilling my secret! I'm thinking I'll probably order at least one more, so I'll have a spare always clean and ready to wear. It feels great to the touch and has the perfect amount of shine. Couldn't be happier with my purchase!
