Soles pop out, but they’re lightweight

Purchased these shoes for my 6.5 year old in two different styles. Shoes are a little tight even though I went a size up. My son loves that they’re Velcro and light weight, but the soles started coming out after only 2 weeks of wearing them, now I have to pop them back in every morning for him. I was expecting better quality for the price.
