Okay so I plugged it in and it didn't work I was pissed like nooo! Lmaooo So after a minute I realized that there is a volume control on the back of the headset. Just spin it. Dude these headphones are good especially when you are young and someone is yelling at you, just slide these bad boys, play your game/music and you can't hear any outside noise
