I bought this charger for my bedside table to save on cords. I was a little skeptical as I had never heard of this brand. Some big brands sell the same product but at a much higher price. I've had it for almost a month now and it works like a charm right out of the box. I've seen several reviews giving the device bad reviews due to the buzz they heard while charging or because their phones weren't charging well. The manufacturer states that you must use a QC 3.0 power adapter with this charger to properly power your devices. I happened to have an optional QC 3 power supply so I used that and everything works fine. no hum, no heating up when charging, no sporadic charging. It just works. If you don't have a QC 3.0 power supply, look for one on the Revain website. There are tons to choose from.
