Instructions were terrible

The product itself is great but the instructions are as bad as anything I have read. Several items have the same ID number, so which one, and the text and pictures in the instructions are incredibly small. Going online I found better and clearer instructions and so far everything is working fine but they really need to fire the tech writer they are using and hire a better one. Also, it states that cotton won't work with a table that is at least 3 inches thick - I'm sure their legal department has rules on liability protection, but on my 1 inch thick table this thing works great. too much ;)
