I love this product but I am not happy with how it arrived in the mail. Of course it would be nice if there was cardboard around it when you send it to us. It was bent, crispy and wrinkled. I don't have time to replace but even if I did I'm sure the result would be the same. I feel like an idiot for reading all the reviews and people have raised the same problem. I don't know why I thought the result would be different. Now I'm hoping he stands up between the two heavy boards so he doesn't look so gaudy for our party. Seller, please pay attention to your feedback. , you have a really good product, just terrible delivery quality, it harms the product. Update: I've tried smoothing it out between books and it still looks like crap. I do not recommend buying this. This is a damaged product due to the way it is packaged and shipped and because it does not fit the canvas properly. Even if it stretches, it's still very wrinkled. Actually, it looks worse than I did. I like wood and ink but it needs a change. Guys please read the reviews before you buy!
