Review on LEGO Ninjago Legacy Samurai Building by Draven Louton

Great set but worse than the original

This set is great BUT if you are a longtime ninja fan and want to compare it to the show version it may not be for you. The figures are ok but the skull heads are a bit disappointing compared to the 2011 figures as they don't look at all like the figures they are meant to represent. So if you want a nukal and crunchy figure, this isn't the set. to get them. However, skull heads lend themselves well to custom designs. Also, the Mohawk for the Nukal is a separate piece that can be easily knocked off during play. The Samurai X character is a really good character, although as of season 10 it uses the standard nya face print, which is a little disappointing. The set itself has excellent articulation and a very good build for a sword. Although there are no knees. The stickers used add detail and texture to the set. and for $15 it's worth it. But the thing is, if you're looking for an accurate Samurai X robot, then this set isn't for you. First, the scale is completely knocked down and the torso doesn't quite match the show version. While the hands are average for a $15 set, they also don't fit the show. So if you're not the kind of person that likes to show accurate sets then this set is worth checking out, it's a very good play set and reasonably descriptive. If you are a person who likes to be precise, then it is better to buy the original.
