I confess that my one-year-old daughter's hair is often messy. They come in a pack of 30 so I shouldn't have an excuse not to find her around the house and get her hair done! I like that they come in a plastic case so I can put them neatly in the drawer. My main concern before getting them is different little "styles". My daughter still likes to put everything in her mouth and I was concerned that these figures would come off easily. I've tested most of them and thankfully they seem pretty reliable on hairpins. It has all the fruits/vegetables she loves and it's nice that I can teach her the names over and over while pulling out the clips to use them. The second concern I have is the 1.5 inch size of these clips. We mostly use the 2" but they still hold a fair amount of hair in place. Hope they stay in good shape as we continue to use them more often. First impression and after a day of use I'm happy with them It's more fun and provides a learning opportunity!
