Adapter and controller stopped working after 2 days (but was replaced)

Edit: The seller contacted me about my recall and offered a free replacement. This is customer service now! Going from one star to three The controller adapter worked fine for about 2 days and then suddenly stopped working. Tried all 4 ports, different controllers, even different switches, but without success. Very disappointed after reading the good reviews. The controller wiring is also easily tangled and no longer works.
