We bought 4 of these watches and they all fell apart. All the buckles came loose, the chargers stopped working and the service is unstable. When "customer service" got in touch (several emails back and forth) they said the owner of the company refused to refund faulty products. According to the company, if the buckle falls off within a few hours of first use, it is considered defective and cannot be returned. The experience with both sets of watches (2 sets of 2 watches each) was completely unsatisfactory and disappointing. So now we don't have $400 and we don't have any hours to show. Completely unacceptable.
