I'm not sure about this item. I really love the lotion and this is not my first time buying it. However, I don't remember if the bottle was meant to be capped. However, I have had bottle leaks with other HL lotions in the past. The sea of this bottle was broken and it also leaked a little. The lotion does not seem diluted. But the imprint confuses me.
