Decent product for the price.
The cabinet itself seems well made but I am concerned about the latches that hold each half of the shelf together. They're really small and seem to spring open easily if you drop your iPad. The rubber bumpers around the tread are great, but I would have liked to see a softer material for the iPad to sit on inside. As they say, I think it would be a great safety accessory.
