Review on Approved Cable Luggage Re Settable Combination Travel Accessories by Gary Bush

Bought these for my daughter when she was traveling to Europe for a study semester abroad - loved the feature that told us if security opened her bag - followed the instructions to the letter and set both locks to the same combination - when she was in Europe arrived found that she could not open one of the locks. Whatever she did or tried - it prevented her from opening her suitcase for the first 24 hours of the trip - she was unable to access her personal belongings, toiletries, etc. After calling Revain and Revain contacted her in Italy, she tried to solve the problem, my daughter bought wire cutters and picked the lock. She was upset and I was furious - we couldn't ask the manufacturer for help either because they don't have a Cu number (even Revain didn't have a number for them). Revain promptly refunded our purchase price BUT I urge ANYONE thinking of buying these locks to FIND SOMETHING ELSE. it's HUM!
