I go to Pearl Jam shows and buy posters of every show. They are usually 18" x 24" but sometimes narrower, sometimes longer. Sometimes it's outside and sometimes it rains. Sometimes I have a seat and I can put this tube under it, but more often it's GA and I'm standing in the hallway. Whatever the circumstances, this whistle is the bomb! Why do you ask? Well, it is adjustable in length to suit your needs. It has small round pins and holes, to adjust the length and it stays in place. IT'S DURABLE - Because it's adjustable, it's built like a tube that slides over another tube, so your belongings are well protected and won't bend. It's made of hard plastic and the lid screws on tightly so it's WATER RESISTANT! And the shoulder strap is slim and light (as well as adjustable) so that the shoulder bag is comfortable to carry.
