Very happy with this docking station. Works with HP Z-Book with two external Asus monitors. Connects directly to USB-C. My full-size USB devices work great with it. The screens also work perfectly, which is exactly what was important to me. Windows recognized it with no problems and everything. Don't worry about setting it up in Windows 10 - it just worked as intended. It's fairly small and light, but MUCH more reliable than others I've used. The sturdy metal outer case allows me to easily toss it in my work bag without having to worry about it. The cord is also well reinforced. I like that it's unpowered and fairly compact for all the expansion it offers. You can not ask for more. Works with 3 screens (important!), has lots of expansion ports, very well made and not too bulky. Good product!
