Having trouble charging via the module but otherwise everything is fine

Got this when there was about a 30% discount because it was cheaper than buying the wheel and radio module separately as those are the only ones both were the details i cared about. Here's what I think of the different parts: Module: The module is basically great: it connects easily and securely, and the ability to keep the camera still is perfect for things like slow motion and motion capture. However, I was very excited to be able to charge my camera while shooting and I'm frustrated that I can't do that yet. Plugging the charger into the USB-C port on the back of the module doesn't seem to work and I've tried several different cable/adapter options with no success. Wheel: This is useful for smoother panning than with a joystick. However, they definitely missed a HUGE opportunity by not including zoom as an option for the wheel. Rather than having to choose between vertical and horizontal panning, I'd rather have the option to choose between vertical panning and zooming. I haven't come across a case where I need to pan horizontally as it's usually just a matter of moving the camera. While you can do this with vertical panning, the following options are much better for manual vertical panning than horizontal panning. As a result, I really just leave the wheel attached because the extra width makes the camera a lot easier to handle. You can still use the standard camera cover with the wheel attached. Memory card: I haven't used it, but it's a memory card with the right specs, so it should be fine. GoPro Mount: I haven't used it and it looks like an absolute pain. I'm sure there's a good use case for this, but be aware that turning it on and off won't be easy.
