Review on VirtECS Schedule by Jackie Stewart

The main benefit of using this software was its ease-of use when it comes down to creating schedules as well has being able to track our jobs at anytime we needed them too! I disliked how they had no support staff available even though most people were busy during normal business hours which made me feel quite awkward about having questions or concerns pertaining to anything regarding their services. There should always have someone readily accessible who's willing to help out customers if there are any problems like mine occurred where i felt completely lost trying figure something myself. This program really helped us keep up with everything going around within my department (including employee time).
