The quality is excellent and the processing is excellent. I requested that my purchase was made in the US and charged according to my finances. The pillow was bought for a foot pillow to support my back, perfect. I tried it as a sleeping pillow and found it very good. It feels great as a foot cushion, I find it therapeutic. Would buy again. UPDATE: I bought the Five Diamond Pillow again in 2019. I quickly realized that the more expensive pillow didn't suit me. I slept on a five diamond pillow until 2018 and loved it. It's such a comfortable cloud, like a pillow, at an affordable price. As long as it remains affordable this will be the pillow I will be buying for the rest of my life.
