Honest Review. I've had bad posture my whole life. I crouched most of the time, not even realizing that I ended up with a bump on the back of my head that hurt my self-esteem. It's been about a week and it's going down! It helps me remember to sit/stand up straight. I felt the difference immediately, as did my husband. I can tell the difference even without them, I feel more confident and my shirts seem to fit better. As another person said, this is a CORRECTION, not a crutch. You must also make an effort not to fall back into the old habit. I'm planning on wearing this for 30 days to get used to keeping my posture straight and will try to forgo it to see how it performs. I still have neck pain so I'm not sure if I can relieve pain. The only thing was that the straps rubbed a bit under my hands, but I didn't realize the adjustable pads could be there until I read other reviews. I was having a hard time too. After these improvements, no complaints! I am so thankful for this purchase.
