So when the package arrived I was skeptical that the king size comforter was shrink wrapped to the size of a large book. anyway i tried. opened, laid out and attention was drawn to the severe wrinkling. At first it seemed too flimsy and cheap. But then I let him lie, rest for a bit (I also put some LARGE pillows in the middle, with a blanket on him and I think that helped with the wrinkles) for an hour or two, blanket fluffy, still light , but not as thin as I initially thought. It's not a cheap cotton interlining, but a soft alternative to down. The fabric itself is also very soft. The color and pattern are BEAUTIFUL. I love this orange color and it goes with my curtains. I'm a king size that fits a queen size (on purpose so my husband and I can stop arguing about who has more on their side lol). The size is great. The wrinkles went away after she had something high underneath her to stretch them and some wrinkle spray. No strong odor upon unpacking. To put this in perspective I got this blanket to replace the (pretty good) target blanket as it was more like what I was looking for. And it's WAY BETTER than the target. Overall very happy with this purchase
