I really like this bag, perfect size, wears well, so many pockets, that i thought i had died and went into a shoulder bag of heaven so why the bad rating well today i used it for the first time and took it to work everything fits and more than i expected for i was on the for months Searching for the perfect bag, felt like Goldilocks. This one is too small, this one is too big, but this one was JUUUUSSTTT RIIIIGGHHHT. Then this morning as I was about to leave work and was packing my bag when I noticed the right one" Seat belt'" was ripped off and the ends were frayed. A thread was still attached. I thought, What the heck happened? I just got to work from home and now I'm going home. When did this happen and why is it tore so easily? I was just about to give them another chance and ped that was just bad because I really love the design. I can't exchange so I get a refund and I can buy it again or look for something similar in the style. Very bad. Great bag design just needs better construction and quality control.
