i'm really crazy Because I love these shoes. I have two pairs and use them every day. If I buy they send me a size smaller. In the video you can see that the black thing has the number 5, but inside you can see the number 4. There's a number 4! . And it's really difficult and expensive for me to return it. You need to pay more attention and be more organized.
