I'm 5'1", weigh 105 pounds and over 65 years old. I'm practicing. This is exactly what I need to do waist training. This is how the men's short shirt fits very well .Don't worry after a few washes even if it's a cotton t shirt.This shirt was made in a different country than my previous shirt but I don't see any difference in the finish or quality.Am very happy with the purchase.
