Review on AICase Galaxy S8 Case: Translucent View Window Mirror Flip Cover with Sleep/Wake Up Function and Full Body Protection (Black) by Gina Cravalho

I bought this case to replace the original Samsung tripod case for my Galaxy S8. The suitcase arrived yesterday. The phone fits very well and the case protects the phone's screen and provides access to the volume controls, charging port, etc. However, beyond that, the case is untrue for two important reasons. The product description says "Smart Wake". Up/Sleep Function: Just open the case and your device will wake up, close the case and your device will go back to sleep. This is an incorrect statement. Unlike the original Samsung case, this item is not designed to wake up the phone when the case is opened and put the phone to sleep when the case is closed. Since the phone does not turn off automatically when the case is closed, pressing the cover against the screen can launch applications unless the user manually turns off the phone before closing the case. - The case is not designed to allow access to the fingerprint sensor on the back of the phone. The original Samsung case allows the user to touch the fingerprint sensor without opening the case. In this case, the hole around the fingerprint sensor is poorly designed and it is almost impossible to put your finger through this hole and make contact with the sensor. You can open the case and then use the sensor, but it's faster and easier to unlock your phone with a passcode. Really bad design. If I had known these two things before buying the case, I would not have bought it.
