I've tried almost every smaller cartridge. None of the big blacks yet. However, expect big blacks to be ok. I noticed a slight color difference when switching from the original inks to these. But nothing that would make me stop using it. I would recommend and haven't had a single leak or any issues. Thanks to all the reviewers who offered advice on how to avoid getting ink on your hands etc. What worries me is that the printer used up the ink cartridges faster than the OEM and worse than the printer that didn't always give me warned that ink was low or mark it as a warning before it went away. Instead, I had to pay close attention, and when I saw the warning flag appear, not only did I immediately remove that cartridge, I checked the others as well. I ruined 5 sheets of photo paper when I didn't have extra paper for a 50 book run. And the paint was sucked dry. But the warning flag has not yet appeared. In two cases the printer recognized the new cartridges but did not print. This happened with both magenta and yellow. So no idea what it could be. I quickly pulled out this new cartridge and replaced it with a second one and each time it was fine and printed with no errors. The next day I found a way to get the printer to print with two that didn't exist the day before. To do this, I turned off all programs and the printer, and unplugged it to reset or clear the memory. And that worked too, because I really needed those two errors to work. When I finished all 53 books, I bought my time and settled on a little black, a little purple, and all the big blacks. I printed the text of the books on a laser printer to get sharper black letters. But I can't help but wonder, when will I ever get through the blacks? I work more with photographs. To be honest, it's hard to tell if the problem is with the new printer, with ink cartridges that didn't print initially, or with the cartridge itself. This is also a low ink level in the cartridge or an incorrect count by the printer. The first could be the printer, but the incorrect calculation of the amount of ink seems to be a cartridge error. So I switched to other non-OEM inks to try. the others arrived today and just looking at them are better packaged overall and generally have better ratings. But I would like to emphasize that the ink and photo paper compatibility was excellent. No stains and good color throughout. But of course, even if it's not this brand's miscounting problem, it does happen and it means I don't trust using this color in the future. As for the new cartridge not printing, he understands that it is full, there may be an airlock or something with the cartridge or printer that is difficult to pin down. But I could handle it.
