Stiff bristles, head comes off
Bristles are very dull and not flexible at all causing my son's arms to bleed even with the gentlest brushing. We also noticed micro-scratches on my son's teeth from brushing. Also, the head comes off with a slight quarter turn, press the head lightly and it pops out. The LED light really keeps his interest.
