I bought two of these six weeks or so ago so I could try them out. When I received them they were at least partly charged, so I turned them on and they heated up just like the instructions said. I showed them to my wife and she has been using them ever since. I ordered two more a couple of days ago. They take some hours to charge but they last a good while on a charge. I recommend these over other types of hand warmers I've used in the past.
