The ease of scheduling employees through this software is one thing I like best about them! Not only do you have to go online for it but they also require an app which takes extra time to download onto your phone or tablet if you don't already own it beforehand so be patient when downloading as there are many files involved.

This can make things easier sometimes because some tasks need multiple staff members working together to complete correctly. It's helpful to know what other people in my department use (or not) at times too - saves me from having to email everyone separately asking permission before using another person's computer/phone etc.
