Strap broke after a week

The bag had a lot of potential but the side bag strap broke when I tried to use it for a bottle as advertised. The bag had been a little over a week when the strap broke and I had not used the strap before. Pretty unfortunate as the rest of the bag looks well made and works well, just worries me that the rest of the bag might also have durability issues
